Flightless Birds is a unique platformer game that brings unique characters and environments to create a truly special experience for Roblox players!
After players choose their starter bird, they will initially be greeted with a towering massive tree before beginning their first climb. On their journey they will be greeted with gorgeous environments to navigate formed from the ever-growing roots of the tree they're climbing.
Once they've completed their first climb, they'll be incentivized to explore the tree again in search of it's many secrets. Whether it be to unlock new bird characters to play as or just completing NPC questlines, there's a lot of fun to be had!
This entire game is being done entirely by me from the coding to the art and I couldn't be more proud of where it's going.
This will be the first solo project of mine that I intend to release of this size! Hopefully sometime in June, I'm very excited.
The sequel to Bitware Game's "Cart Ride Delivery Service".
I was brought onto this project to assist with level design and all (except one) of the cart models.
A solo project that I was put on for Bitware Games where you and up to 3 friends ride a boat down a river filled with obstacles!
Doing this project helped nurture my pre-existing skills to familiarize me with the entire game creation process. It's what made me ready to go off and create Flightless Birds, my own project!
Although the map and mechanics have been completed, the game remains unreleased due to internal issues, but I hope to see it come out one day when the time is right!
For my Discord server, I host my own Discord bot on AWS.
It takes care of user tickets, reports, and discord moderation logs. Additionally, there is a working daily XP system and a soon to be released weekly art event system.
I'm very passionate about creating/coding my own foundations for what I want to do. Like this website for example, I also host it on AWS and coded it from scratch myself!
I was brought onto this project by Bitware Games to create additional maps to the game.
I created the entire Mines map as well as 2 additional unreleased maps
I brought unique game design elements that were previously unexplored on the game such as unique characters and secrets.
My main addition was a lock-on system that allowed the player's camera to “lock on” to the nearest enemy to allow for more comfortable combat. I also reworked the entire combat system from the ground up to feel more satisfying (and not broken).
3D Hack and Slash where you play as a father frog avenging its fallen offspring through an unexpected team-up with a strange baby frog who's able to transform into a weapon.
Was in development for the RIT IGM Production Studio. It was a mix of 15 game and art students when I was on the team in 2022.
College Project made by a group of 5 students!
I worked on all of the interactables (boxes, switches, etc) and the main game mechanic: a rift line which split the screen into the past and future, moving its orientation and changing what's shown based on the position of the 2 player characters.
Co-op puzzle game in which a girl from a dystopian future gets help from a man from the past in order to solve puzzles through time based mechanics and the rift line that joins their two time periods.
Originally a 7 person team made for the Global Game Jam 2022 theme of “Duality” and then shrunken down to a 4 person team for further development.
College Project made by a group of 4 students!
I spent a lot of time creating the designs for the monsters of the game. My main contribution however, was the interaction system as well as the implementation of puzzles.
This game takes place decades in the past to when Halloween was originally just about warding off evil spirits. Unluckily, you're off in the woods when your town wards off said evil spirits... towards you. Escape the forest at all costs.
